220% Increase In Abortions-Highest In The Nation

Albuquerque, New Mexico- In a sad and sobering report by a pro-abortion research arm, New Mexico experienced a 220% increase in abortions from January 2020-June 2023, which is the highest increase in the nation.

As more women come to New Mexico abortion facilities, the pro-life community has an amazing opportunity to minister to them and give them hope to keep their babies. Abortion Free New Mexico wants to ensure that the local pro-life community is prepared with the knowledge and courage to defend precious lives. 

Join Abortion Free New Mexico for an afternoon of training and fellowship as we dive into a comprehensive look at the abortion cartel as well as the hard truth about how abortions are done and the beauty of fetal development.

We will also begin building our high school outreach team which will be prepared to engage New Mexico's youth with the truth about abortion. Did you know that minors in New Mexico can obtain abortions without their parents knowledge? In fact, because of the passage of the new law HB7, any member of a public body  "shall not deny, restrict, or interfere with a person’s ability to access or provide reproductive health care or gender-affirming health care within the medical standard of care." School districts and institutions of higher education are considered public bodies and are expected not to interfere but to affirm whatever choice a child wants to make.
